Most of the people using Pyrova are giving up their Sunday. So it tells them what they need and gets out of the way.
Asked to serve
A request reaches your phone, or your email if you don't have the app. You can stop those emails whenever you like.
Say yes or no
Accept or decline. A clash guard stops you being on two things at once, and you can mark when you are away.
Know where to be
Your call time, where to meet and where to park are on your Home. A briefing covers the service, and your calendar can follow along.
Do the checklist
Before, during and after the service. It works with no signal and has a dark high-contrast mode. If something is wrong, raise a problem from that item.
Say how it went
One short form for your department. Your department head can reply, and some questions can stay private.

A leader’s week.
Your week might go something like this.
- Read the weekendOpen the Weekend Report and Monday summary, including who hasn’t written feedback yet.
- Fill the rosterUse the month grid, Edit together and Fill the month. Rotations and availability rounds do some of the work.
- Close the gapsSwaps, open seats and urgent gaps each come with a clear next step.
- Set up the serviceOne order of service for every team, with notes per department. People serving are told when it changes.
- Run the dayLive service mode shows the running order with timing, on the website and in the app.
